Southern States, LLC: Hampton, GA - Wastewater Treatment System Design/Installat

REM-CON installed an 11,200 GPD heavy metals removal and cyanide destruction treatment system for this electroplating process.  The system consists of a 5,000-gallon equalization tank, 2,500-gallon metals treatment tank, 2,500-gallon back-up tank, 500-gallon cyanide destruction tank, 1,000-gallon polishing tank, 5 cubic foot sludge press, and sand filter.

REM-CON completed a turn-key operation on this project which included the installation of all power distributions systems, process systems and controls, building construction, earthwork and piping installation, mounting of equipment, installation of flow monitoring equipment, system startup, O&M manual, and training.

REM-CON’s licensed wastewater operator provides the daily operations of the wastewater plant in any absence of the facility operator(s).
