Diamond Crystal Brands, Inc: Duluth, GA Wastewater Treatment System Installation

REM-CON installed a dissolved air flotation (DAF) wastewater treatment system consisting of two 8,500-gallon equalization tanks with air agitation and chemical injection for ph adjustment, a flocculent, and coagulant mixing tube set up, and a 40 gpm DAF unit.  As part of the installation, REM-CON installed a 4000-gallon lift station with a duplex pump configuration, over 600 feet of below-grade piping including 200 feet of below-grade piping within the interior of this food processing facility.

REM-CON completed a turn-key operation on this project which included the installation of all power distributions systems, process systems and controls, building construction, earthwork, and piping installation, mounting of equipment, installation of flow monitoring equipment, and system startup. 

REM-CON’s licensed wastewater operator manages the daily operations of the wastewater plant and transports all generated sludge for disposal.
