Confidential Client: Columbiana, AL

As part of a RCRA Corrective Action Plan, REM-CON treated in-situ 3,500 tons of RCRA hazardous lead impacted soils to non-hazardous conditions using a proprietary stabilization reagent. The non-hazardous soils were subsequently removed from the Site and disposed of at a Subtitle "D" landfill. Confirmatory sampling was accomplished during excavation by REM-CON using an XRF followed by composite samples submitted to the project laboratory. The site was re-graded and seeded following removal.

REM-CON was also responsible for the decommissioning and subsequent disposal of the acid bath scrubbers and lead pots for this Site.
